01.Installation

From an empty shaft, or a set of drawings, to a lift that passes handover. We run the traffic study, select the drive and cabin, coordinate the shaft, pit and wiring, commission the safety systems, and run the load test that proves the car stops level and stops safely. One team, from survey to sign-off.

02.Maintenance

A stopped elevator is a stopped building, so most of our work is making sure it never stops in the first place. Planned visits check the drive, the door operators (the single most common source of faults), safety gear, levelling, ropes and controls — catching wear before it becomes a breakdown. Every contract sits behind the same 24/7 emergency line.

03.Modernization

When a lift is mechanically tired, but the shaft is sound, modernising is far cheaper than rebuilding, and it buys another 15 to 20 years. We replace the controller, drive, door operators and fixtures, sharpen ride quality and levelling, cut energy use, and bring safety up to current expectations, usually keeping the existing shaft, with far less downtime than a full replacement.
